1. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
2. You will be expected to ensure that at all times client satisfaction and service is maintained to the highest level.
3. You will be responsible for Business Development.
4. You will be responsible for Candidate attraction and selection.
Candidate Requirements
5. You will have a minimum of two years as a Recruitment Consultant.
6. You must be ambitious, self driven and keen to succeed.
7. You must be committed to providing the highest level of service at all times.
8. You should be career minded and confident enough to progress.
9. You should be an excellent problem solver who is prepared and able to think outside of the box.
10. You will require exceptional administrative and communication skills.
