Compliance Manager
We are seeking a driven professional to lead in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the business's success by maintaining and implementing QEHS management systems for continual improvement and risk minimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and improve ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and industry best practice.
2. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective/preventive action plans.
3. Promote a safety-first culture through training, awareness campaigns, and proactive engagement.
4. Manage ISO 14001 certification, ensuring ongoing compliance and continual improvement of environmental KPIs.
5. Liaise with regulatory bodies, maintain required permits, and records.
6. Oversee internal audit programmes, ensure corrective actions are completed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Manage and coordinate global product approvals, including CE, UKCA, UL, EN standards, and other regional certifications.
8. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
