About The Team
The Platform Product team partners with Core Technology teams to build the technical foundations that accelerate our business. We focus on creating leverage for operations and product development through a combination of technical expertise, domain experience, and product-oriented thinking.
About The Role
You will serve as the product partner for the Enterprise Engineering team, collaborating with Engineering and IT to drive technology transformations in back-office systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HCM). Your responsibilities include:
* Setting the vision by partnering with engineering & IT leaders to align on technology strategy.
* Focusing on customer needs by solving problems and delivering functionality that delights developers, balancing impact and engineering costs.
* Providing decisive guidance by identifying ambiguity and offering clear direction based on analysis and judgment.
* Writing clear product requirements to guide development, leading discussions, and understanding system impacts.
* Creating impact by collaborating with engineering teams, removing obstacles, and managing risks.
* Leading by example with a positive attitude.
* Operating with ownership and a proactive attitude to ensure success.
About You
* 5+ years in product management, business operations, or back-office support, preferably in a rapidly growing organization.
* Deep knowledge of core back-office processes like Lead to Order, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire.
* Systems thinker capable of understanding complex systems and feedback loops.
* Highly organized with strong project management skills.
* High bandwidth and productivity, quick to understand and respond.
* Data-savvy, able to analyze data using various tools to inform decisions.
* Exceptional communicator, confident in leading discussions and explaining strategies.
* Hardworking, motivated by execution and vision.
* Team player with empathy and understanding of others’ perspectives.
* Proactive with a bias for action and product evolution.
