The Role
As a Graduate Regional Sales Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your territory, working directly with customers to understand their challenges and deliver tailored engineering solutions.
You’ll be building relationships, winning new business, and developing into a high-performing sales professional.
No prior sales experience is required — full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and developing a regional territory (Leinster)
* Visiting customers and prospects (face-to-face and digitally)
* Building strong, long-term client relationships
* Identifying and winning new business opportunities
* Working on technical, solution-led sales projects
* Planning and managing your pipeline using CRM tools
