Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large commercial property portfolios and will possess excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with brokers and insurers.
This is a pivotal role that requires durable commercial awareness, excellent product management skills, and the ability to drive revenue generation initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive performance, develop products, and support people management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Product Management / Revenue Generation: Assist in setting budgets and strategic plans for the business and each product to ensure objectives are achieved. Communicate and implement agreed strategies within various business areas.
* Client Satisfaction and Key Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with all business partners. Agree strategic plans with stakeholders to ensure clear expectations on KPIs. Review actual performance against strategic plans regularly.
* Compliance & Operations: Ensure daily service levels are met/exceeded in conjunction with Team leader. Liaise with internal/external providers to ensure system changes are approved and applied.
* People Management: Support planning for resource allocation. Facilitate professional development of key staff members by monitoring their performance and identifying areas of possible improvement.
Key Qualifications:
* CIP qualification
* Previous experience managing a large commercial property portfolio
* Be proactive, flexible, and demonstrate a keen willingness to grow the business
* Demonstrate good interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills
* Ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and thrive in an environment that is always changing
