Project Manager
* 10 years experience in rail infrastructure, systems, and CIS
* Degree educated, commercially aware, experienced in project delivery
Assistant PM
* 5 years experience in rail infrastructure, systems, and CIS
* Degree educated, commercially aware, experienced in project delivery
ESSENTIAL:
* A Building, Engineering, Construction or Project Management degree.
* Member of Engineers Ireland or other relevant professional body.
* Experience in project engineering in Railways or relevant regulated engineering environment.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant general management and project management experience.
* Demonstrable ability to produce and manage budgets and schedules for projects of similar size.
DESIRABLE:
* Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in a railway environment.
* Knowledge of Railway Systems, Customer Information Systems.
* Knowledge of railway infrastructure and operations.
* Understanding of good Project Management Procedures.
* Experience managing design consultants and contractors.
* Knowledge of contract management and Public Works Contracts.
* Knowledge of the Construction Regulations.
* Experience implementing Safety Management Systems.
