Site Manager Immediate Start (South Dublin) Location: South Dublin Start Date: Next Week Immediate Availability Required Employment Type: Full-time, Contract- Can change into perm Sector: Construction / Residential Role Overview A well-established contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager who can step onto an active project in South Dublin immediately. This role requires someone confident managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining strong safety and quality standards from day one. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for daily site operations on a live project Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, deliveries, and site logistics Ensure strict compliance with Irish Health & Safety legislation and company procedures Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks, and progress updates Monitor programme, productivity, and sequencing to maintain project momentum Oversee quality control, snagging, and adherence to design/specifications Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation Liaise with the Project Manager, QS, Design Team, and client representatives Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities for improved delivery Requirements Immediate availability and ability to start next week 4+ years experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman in Ireland Strong track record delivering residential, commercial, or refurbishment projects Excellent understanding of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and H&S standards Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple work fronts and maintain momentum on a live site Proficiency with MS Office and site management platforms (Procore, Zutec, BIM 360) Trade background or construction-related qualification preferred Whats on Offer Competitive market-aligned salary or day rate Opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong Dublin pipeline Supportive project team and clear reporting structure Potential for long-term work following initial assignment
