This role requires a skilled Human Resources professional to oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of our hotel's Human Resources department.
Job Description:
1. To manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations;
2. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising, screening, selection and onboarding;
3. Develop effective communication strategies that foster open dialogue between employees and management,
4. Mainstream a positive work culture through effective people management & talent planning practices in order ensure business success,
