Human Resources Professional Opportunity



This role requires a skilled Human Resources professional to oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of our hotel's Human Resources department.




Job Description:



1. To manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations;

2. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising, screening, selection and onboarding;

3. Develop effective communication strategies that foster open dialogue between employees and management,

4. Mainstream a positive work culture through effective people management & talent planning practices in order ensure business success,

y implementing initiatives that drive engagement and retention;

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills as well working effectively under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships within departments.
People Management is key skills needed here too because this position demands consistency managing many different situations.,
