Overview
We are looking for a visionary Creative & Social Manager to become the storyteller and brand shaper for Cliste Hospitality's portfolio of hotels. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working from our Cork or Dublin office with nationwide travel to our properties. You will define and deliver the creative expression of our brands across all digital and social channels.
As a leader, you will directly manage our in-house design and social media teams and oversee external creative suppliers. This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on content creation to ensure every output reinforces brand identity and drives commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Brand Leadership & Creative Direction: act as the group’s brand guardian, owning brand frameworks, style guides, and creative approval processes. translate brand strategy into creative campaigns with an annual calendar that delivers brand equity and commercial results.
* Video Production & Direction: film professional videography and photography, use creative production techniques, and manage external photographers/videographers for larger projects.
* Social Media Strategy & Execution: own the organic social media strategy for our brands, ensure platforms reflect each hotel’s identity while maintaining group-wide consistency. Plan, capture, and edit content for social-first formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok). On-property content creation expected about two days per week.
* Team Leadership: lead creative team members, set clear objectives, and coach on-property teams to deliver live content against defined KPIs.
Requirements
* A strong portfolio showcasing videography and social-first photography.
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent professional experience.
* Demonstrated experience in people management and coaching to improve outputs.
* Proven experience in brand management and in managing organic social media (strategy and hands-on content creation).
* Strong collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams.
* Highly organized, commercially aware, and proactive with a passion for digital and cultural trends.
