Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist will efficiently manage the front desk, provide frontline support to customers, and interact daily with clients and colleagues.

* Reception: Greet guests, document inquiries, track sales opportunities.
* Office Administration: Oversee correspondence, insurance matters, mail handling, and travel arrangements.

Key characteristics of a successful candidate include strong customer service skills, motivation, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards embracing new challenges.


Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience in reception work, office administration, and customer support. They will be able to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Experience with administrative software and tools
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
