Strategic Advice Post-Merger/Acquisition
Companies seek top-down strategic reviews to assess their target operating model, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic advice to clients post-merger and acquisition
* Conduct pre-private equity investment analysis from a financial and operational perspective
* Develop and execute strategies for transactions
* Lead project teams and collaborate with client stakeholders
* Manage complex engagements and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
* Master's level qualification or equivalent
* ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA certification
* At least 6 years of experience in strategy or delivery
* Experience in transaction services and corporate finance an advantage
