Job Title: Person in Charge
This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional quality person-centred care to our residents.
* The Person in Charge will be responsible for the overall management of the Service, including providing the highest standards of service to Residents and managing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and implement Talbot Group policies and procedures supporting best care and practice in a disability services.
- Manage staff team as well as provide mentorship and leadership – supervision, appraisals, monthly team meetings.
- Coordinate appointments in liaison with multi-disciplinary team.
- Enable residents to have choice & control over their lives through regular reviews & personal risk assessments.
- Maintain relationships between family members & friends by accessing advocates etc., where necessary.
