We are currently looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team in The Brooklyn in Swords.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Cleaning of all utensils and equipment as per Health & Safety guidelines
* General Cleaning duties throughout kitchen and other areas required
* Ensure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised
* Manage deliveries & storage
* Temperature recording
* Weekly deep cleaning
* Adherence to Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures- training will be provided
* Adherence to all reasonable requests from your Manager / Supervisor
* Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business; this is a full-time position and shifts will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
