Role: Outbound Account Executive

Role overview:
We’re looking for motivatedOutbound Sales Executiveto join a fast-growing FinTech initiative with one of the world’s leading payment platforms. This is a chance to combine your passion for technology and sales in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reach out to warm leads and convert them into long-term customers
* Identify client needs and present tailored value propositions
* Manage and track your pipeline through the full sales cycle
* Deliver engaging product demos to potential clients
* Hit sales KPIs and activation targets consistently
* Partner with internal teams to resolve client cases and ensure customer success
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years’ experience in B2B sales, telesales, or tech sales
* Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
* Fluency in English (written & spoken)
* Full eligibility to live and work in Ireland
* Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and ability to learn new platforms quickly
* Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Tech-savvy with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients
* Confidence in running online presentations and building client relationships
