This role will ensure rosters are efficient, award-compliant, and aligned with service demand, while also supporting timely recruitment, vacancy management, and the reduction of overtime and agency reliance.*Responsibilities And Duties*Monitoring workforce utilisation, staffing ratios, and roster efficiencyEnsuring rosters comply with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and legislationIdentifying opportunities to reduce overtime and agency usageSupporting proactive management of staff leave balances and availabilityProducing workforce reports and insights to guide operational and financial decisionsPartnering with Recruitment and Operations to ensure timely filling of vacancies and workforce gapsManaging a pool of floating staff and approval agency invoicesAssisting with the implementation of workforce optimisation initiatives, systems, and controlsThis role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our central office in Belmont.*About You*You are analytical, organised, and experienced in workforce or rostering environments. You understand the importance of both compliance and productivity and are confident working with managers and recruitment teams to strengthen workforce performance.*You Will Possess:*Experience in workforce planning, rostering, or operational workforce analysisStrong knowledge of award compliance within aged care and disability servicesExcellent reporting and data analysis skills using Microsoft ExcelA proactive and solutions-focused approachExperience in payroll is highly desirable, although not essentialSt Jude's Health Care Services are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
