My client based in Dublin are currently seeking a Reconciliation Reporting Analyst to join their team.
Daily rate contract: 11 months
Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite
This role supports internal clients and is responsible for analysing, reconciling, and explaining data related to settlements, corporate actions, and reconciliations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently with large datasets, identifying month-on-month changes, and clearly communicating findings to stakeholders.
This is a developing professional role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present and explain data in a clear and structured manner.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Communication
* Act as a key contact for internal client service teams, supporting settlements and corporate actions functions
* Participate in monthly client calls, explaining reconciliations, variances, and data movements
* Prepare data and insights for monthly client presentations
* Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at various levels
Analysis, Reporting & Reconciliation
* Independently prepare, analyse, and compare month-on-month reconciliation data
* Investigate and explain variances and changes in data
* Use Tableau and internal systems to analyse trends and reconcile figures
* Support reconciliation processes using platforms such as TLM
* Assist in issue identification and resolution related to reconciliation and proofing activities
Reporting & Presentation
* Produce accurate and high-quality reports using Microsoft Excel
* Create clear and professional presentations in PowerPoint
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all reporting
Operational & Team Support
* Work independently while also collaborating effectively within the wider team
* Support the overall efficiency of the Global Reconciliation Utility
* Apply sound judgement when analysing data and making recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage deliverables end-to-end
* High level of attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
* Experience preparing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
Preferred / Nice to Have
* 2–5 years' experience within financial services, operations, or client service roles
* Experience in reconciliations
* Background in settlements or corporate actions
* Experience using Tableau or similar reporting tools
* Familiarity with TLM reconciliation platforms
