What to Expect in the Role As a Concierge at Adare Manor, you will: Work within one of Europe's most elegant and breath-taking lobbies, where the grandeur of a historic manor blends with an authentically local five-star experience.
Assist guests pre-arrival by planning tailored itineraries, capturing their preferences, and communicating these details to the relevant departments.
Create bespoke recommendations based on deep knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and experiences suited to varied guest profiles.
Coordinate all on-site activities for guests, liaising closely with both on-property teams and external partners.
Address guest queries, comments, and special requests, ensuring timely follow-up and seamless communication across the resort.
Support the wider Front of House team in daily operations as required.
