Concierge

Concierge Team are the heartbeat of the hotel - they are one of the first to welcome guests to Adare Manor, they are the 'go to' team for all Resort information and knowledge and respond to guest queries throughout - their professional attention to minutest of details helps ensure that guest's stay is a seamless one.
What can you expect from a Concierge position in Adare Manor?
* You will be working in one of Europe's most elegant and breath-taking lobbies, we blend the history of this once stately home with an authentically local five-star experience.
* Prior to arrival, you will assist the guests with planning their itinerary ensuring all of their preferences are accurately noted and shared with the relevant teams.
* Create bespoke itineraries and recommendations based on thorough knowledge of the places of interest for various guest profiles.
* You will assist our guest organising all our onsite activities liaising with our onsite and offsite partners.
* Manage any guest comments and ensure appropriate follow up takes place and is communicated to the relevant departments.
* Assist the wider Front of House Team with the daily operations as requires.
* You will join a team of creative, passionate and charismatic hoteliers as they work together to provide our guests with an arrival and departure experience like no other. When you wonder how, think #Beyond Everything.
