Operations Director Role

About This Role: As Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our property. You will oversee all aspects of operations, including Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

* Operational Management: Lead the management of daily operations across all departments, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality.
* Performance Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
