The Role
As the Food & Beverage Floor Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house, ensuring smooth service and an outstanding guest experience. You will lead and motivate our team, manage schedules, maintain high service standards, and help drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house staff in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Ensure excellent guest experiences through attentive service and attention to detail.
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations.
* Monitor and maintain quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
* Manage scheduling, rostering, and staff performance.
* Assist with stock control and inventory management.
* Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and any service issues professionally.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a gastropub, gastropub, or high-volume hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
* Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
