The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, this role will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing and communications strategies that support organisational objectives, enhance brand reputation and amplify social impact.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading organisation-wide marketing and communications strategy and delivery
* Driving brand positioning, campaigns, content and storytelling aligned to purpose
* Overseeing internal and external communications, including media relations
* Managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary marketing and communications team
* Leading agency relationships and managing budgets
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to support commercial, cultural and community initiatives
The Person
* Demonstrable senior-level experience in marketing and communications
* Strong strategic capability with a practical, delivery-focused mindset
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
* Experience working with purpose-led, cultural, not-for-profit or complex organisations desirable
* A strong understanding of audience engagement and reputation management
