Key Responsibilities
* Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and front-channel to end-clients of ANITECH.
* Own the entire LMS program delivery, ensuring all outcomes meet agreed objectives.
* Be accountable for all ANITECH personnel and teams participating in project deliveries for the end-client.
* Coordinate and manage the
overall Program Plan, ensuring alignment with end-client Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) and corporate strategies.
* Liaise with all stakeholders
throughout the service delivery lifecycle, including ANITECH, end-client representatives, and third-party vendors.
* Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define the scope of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
* Lead the delivery oversight team covering all aspects of program delivery:
sprint development
, testing phases, release management, DevOps, and preparation for go-live.
* Safeguard ANITECH's reputation by ensuring delivery excellence.
Financial & P&L Management
* Manage the full P&L for the delivery program,
ensuring;
* Projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Profit margins determined by ANITECH SLT are maintained
* Regular reviews of delivery costs and budget utilization, introducing optimizations without compromising quality or increasing risk
* Oversight and review of tooling costs used for Business-As-Usual (BAU)
* Frequent reporting of risks, concerns, or issues impacting ANITECH's P&L to the SL
Hard Skills
* 4+ years experience.
* Experience with
JIRA.
* Experience with
Agile methodologies,
preferably SAFe, Scaling Scrum, or LeSS.
* Proven track record with delivery management for IT Programs.
* Proven track record in IT program delivery management
* Strategic mindset with strong alignment to business goals
* Expertise in risk and budgetary management
* Experience with resource and capacity management
