The Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for providing professional leadership to nursing staff at all levels, ensuring the provision of a high quality and safe nursing service across the hospital.
* Provide professional advice on nursing matters and contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policy and strategy.
* Foster a culture that values continuing professional development and strives for excellence in patient care.
The successful candidate will have experience in an acute hospital setting, with a minimum of 4 years management experience at CNM II level or above. A Level 8 or higher (QQI) award in healthcare or management related area is also required.
