Programme Overview
Our two-year graduate programme is a structured journey designed to immerse graduates in all aspects of the meat industry and develop their skills across a range of disciplines.
The first year focuses on gaining experience across various business areas, while the second year allows the candidate to concentrate on a specific area of interest.
Graduates will be challenged to drive forward initiatives, represent TMCI at international food fairs, and embrace new opportunities.
