This senior consultant will work closely with key clients and manage some of our SLA's and must establish and build relationships with our existing clients as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and meet hiring requirements. You will be developing a strong awareness of the business and sourcing new clients through various sales & business development techniques and networking events. You will be supported by colleagues & managers with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry.
The role will allow you to find new ways to develop your client base, give you the opportunity to work with the management team on new initiatives and projects, provide specialist advice to candidates and clients and develop and implement effective sales plans.
