Job Title: Accounts and Financial Support Specialist We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team in a key support role.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance department, providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day accounting activities.
About the Role: Clocking system administration and travel expenses processing.
Bi-weekly payroll processing and cash/card reconciliation.
Centre specific creditors reconciliations and tracking agency usage across services.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a finance function role, including payroll, with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Xero & Brightpay is desirable but not essential for this position.
