The Role
We are seeking an Adventure Operations Manager to lead our bookings office.
This is a varied and fast paced role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
* Overall responsibility for daily bookings operations
* Management of a small team within the office
* Guidance and support for staff members
* Closely working with other departments to deliver exceptional service
Important applicants must live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate.
Main Responsibilities
Booking Management:
* Monitor and manage all bookings via phone email and online system
* Handle all bookings and enquiries professionally
* Manage and update online bookings using the booking system
* Process deposits payments and invoices
Sales:
* Promote and sell our activities and packages
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by engaging with customers
* Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Team Leadership:
* Supervise and support 1-2 bookings office team members
* Provide guidance training and feedback to maintain high performance standards

Key Experience:
