We are in search of an enthusiastic and friendly person to work front of house reception in a busy office setting. Duties will include answering phone calls, greeting clients,order processing, payments processing and all general office tasks. Experience is not essential but the right candidate must have a good knowledge of computers.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs in a friendly manner.
* Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
* Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Good computer skills.
The main duties involved are:-
* Processing customers orders taken over the phone or in person at our office.
* Taking payements for fuel orders.
* Processing on line orders.
* Processing and invoicing of on site sales.
* Dealing with customer queries.

Pay: €31,200.00-€35,000.00 per year
