As a Project Management Office Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of project deliverables, timelines, and milestones. Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Support project managers in planning, executing, and tracking project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
* Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, risk logs, and action trackers.
* Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying, documenting, and escalating project risks and issues, and support the development of mitigation plans.
* Resource Management: Help coordinate and track resources to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
* Quality Assurance: Support the project team in ensuring all deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a project support or administrative capacity.
* A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and project management software.
