Senior Manager, Risk Strategy Lead
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Risk Strategy Lead to join our Global Risk Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of risk professionals in developing and executing strategies to manage risks associated with small and medium business (SMB) acquisition.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, operations, and P&L owners to drive business growth while mitigating risks. You will have the opportunity to shape and execute an acquisition roadmap that balances profitability with thoughtful trade-offs.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of risk professionals in developing and executing strategies to manage SMB acquisition risks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth while mitigating risks.
* Develop and execute an acquisition roadmap that balances profitability with thoughtful trade-offs.
Requirements:
Risk Management Expertise:
* 10+ years of experience in financial technology, banking, or payments with deep subject matter expertise in managing data-based strategies to separate fraud and credit risks.
* Strong knowledge in data analytics to extract, analyze and transform data into risk strategy recommendations for profitable business growth.
* Experience in managing consumer or SMB acquisition fraud and credit risk in European markets.
