Job Overview
We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Business Development Manager to lead and manage our European sales operations.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and develop distributors and MTO customers in European markets, ensuring client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and engaging in key account management activities.
* Implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
* Lead and move opportunities along, negotiating and finalizing deals.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a similar regulatory industry or in the Life Science sector.
* A proven track record of achievement in the last three years is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the Gastroenterology market is an advantage.
* Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
* Excellent communication skills, including effective relationship management.
