Job Opportunity
The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie position will be responsible for supporting a team of skilled chefs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and produce food for their section, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of their section and ensure all staff members are performing at a high level.
* Aware of all functions and events taking place onsite, ensuring that they plan dishes accordingly.
Key Requirements:
* Hold a formal qualification in Professional Chef/Culinary Skills.
* Prior experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie, working within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* A genuine passion for food and an interest in working within a fine dining setting.
