Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing operations, website management, lead generation activities, and campaign execution. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong digital skills who enjoys managing websites, coordinating campaigns, analysing performance data, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
Maintain and update website content, service pages, blogs, landing pages, and case studies.
Ensure website content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with company branding.
Monitor website performance and support SEO improvements.
Coordinate website enhancements and liaise with external developers when required.
Campaign Management
Assist with the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns.
Support lead generation initiatives across email, social media, PPC, and other digital channels.
Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and internal communications.
Email Marketing & CRM
Build and distribute email marketing campaigns.
Maintain CRM databases and marketing contact lists.
Support lead nurturing activities and marketing automation workflows.
Online Reputation Management
Monitor customer reviews and online feedback platforms.
Respond professionally to reviews and customer comments.
Escalate customer concerns to relevant internal stakeholders.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance and website analytics.
Prepare regular KPI reports and campaign performance summaries.
Identify opportunities for improving marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Marketing Administration
Support marketing projects, supplier coordination, and event logistics.
Maintain marketing assets, databases, and documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
Experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM systems.
Desirable
Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of PPC advertising and lead generation campaigns.
Experience working within a B2B or technology‑focused environment.
Interest in drones, technology, and innovation.
