Job Overview
The Electrical Utilities Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of utilities equipment within a controlled environment.
* Monitoring control systems for GMP and Non-GMP alarms to prevent disruptions in operations.
* Escalating alarms according to relevant procedures and SOPs to ensure timely intervention.
* Investigating alarms and operating utilities equipment to maintain high standards of plant uptime through efficient maintenance routines.
* Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance as per site procedures to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
* Participating in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety to create a secure working environment.
The ideal candidate will possess electrical qualifications, 2-3 years of experience in utilities systems, and knowledge of regulated industries (FDA, IMB, NSAI). Additionally, they will have a good working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs for various plant equipment.
