The Role

People strategy initiatives & Change management
* Partner with the HR leadership team to ensure alignment between the people strategy, business priorities, and future workforce requirements
* Support organisational growth, capability building, career framework and employee engagement.
* Support with workforce planning and skills development programs
* Drive change programs that enable smooth adoption of new HR processes, systems, and organisational structures.
* Support with communication and engagement plans to build stakeholder buy-in.
* Apply change management frameworks to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
* Monitor and measure change impact, adjusting strategies to mitigate resistance and maximize adoption.
Transformation & Integration
* Manage transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with the overall people strategy for 2030
* Act as a bridge between leadership and HR teams to translate milestones into actionable HR programs
* Drive cultural and behavioural change to support transformation projects
* Develop strategies for workforce agility and digital readiness
* Support with HR M&A related activities such as benefits harmonisation, integration planning post-acquisitions and developing strategies to support with future readiness
Project Management
* Manage internal HR projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
* Collaborate with HR leadership to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans and allocate resources effectively
* Manage project scope and enforce a change control process to ensure the project stays aligned with the agreed-upon scope of work, managing any deviations through a formal approval process.
* Maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and post-implementation evaluations
Process optimisation
* Review HR processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement process optimisation strategies and ensure their effectiveness.
* Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, benefits).
Stakeholder Management
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR teams, department heads, and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between internal teams (HR, IT, business stakeholders) and our third-party implementation partners.
Risk & Quality Management
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans. Monitor and manage project issues to minimise disruptions and delays
* Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within scope.
* Support the overall change management and communication strategy in relation to HR Technology to ensure a smooth transition and high user adoption.
* Establish and maintain governance frameworks for HR transformation projects, ensuring accountability, transparency, and adherence to organisational standards.
Analytics and AI
* Collaborate with the HRIS team to proactively identify and drive operational and employee experience improvements by leveraging AI and analytics.
* Drive workforce analytics initiatives by developing and maintaining HR dashboards
* Collaborate with data and technology teams to implement AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making
Experience And Desired Skills
* University degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Transformation, or HR management consulting, with a proven track record of managing complex projects
* Strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and technologies, including workforce analytics
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Strong track record implementing or assessing technologies like AI, chatbots, or analytics
* Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Excel to create insightful reports, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling that effectively communicate key insights.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects with competing priorities.
* Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
* Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Adaptable and resilient in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
