My client, based in Dublin 15, is seeking a detail-oriented
HR Generalist
to join their team during a period of organisational growth.

In this hands-on role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job advertisements, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Typical responsibilities include partnering with managers to provide employee relations support, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law, maintaining HR systems, and preparing HR documentation and reports.
You will also support and lead HR projects and change initiatives while providing generalist HR support throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle.

Main responsibilities include:
Partnering with managers to deliver consistent, compliant employee relations support
Ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and company policies
Maintaining and improving HR systems and data integrity
Managing HR documentation, reporting, and data accuracy
Providing generalist HR support through all stages of the employee lifecycle
Supporting HR projects and change initiatives
Ideal candidate profile:
2–5+ years as an HR Generalist with strong experience in employee relations, investigations, and grievances
CIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust and managing difficult conversations
Practical, solution-focused approach and resilience
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
