This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Salesperson to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the food manufacturing sector.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with procurement, R&D, and technical teams at client companies.
* Understanding customer needs and providing tailored ingredient solutions.
* Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
* Collaborating with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and product specifications.
* Representing the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Experience you need:
* Proven experience in B2B sales within the food ingredients or food manufacturing industry.
* Strong technical understanding of food ingredients, specifications, and supply chain logistics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently on the road.
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
