The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven person to join our clients sales team. This client works with both the general public and commercial clients aiming to deliver impeccable service to all customers. You will work alongside the existing sales team to achieve sales targets through building relationships with new customers and taking care of existing ones, whilst supporting the Sales manager in achieving the overall strategic goals for the business.
Responsibilities:
8. Consistently upholding company culture and excellent customer service
9. Providing quotations and following up
10. Processing of customer orders and stock management
11. Answering sales calls and enquiries by phone and email
12. Proactively approaching potential customers
13. Supporting the sales manager in achieving strategic goals of the business
Candidate Profile:
14. A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills
15. Willing to go the extra mile for customers
16. Highly motivated with a winning attitude
17. Flexibility to work Monday-Saturday (5 days per week)
18. Willing to learn and take on responsibility
19. A good team player
20. Pro-active
21. Excellent time management skills
22. Strong organisational skills
23. Experience in lighting or similar industry would be an advantage but is not essential
