Payroll Coordinator

The role of Payroll Coordinator is crucial to ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, supporting HR operations, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

About the Position:

* Process employee payrolls accurately and on time for employees within a fast-paced environment
* Maintain payroll records and ensure adherence to statutory requirements
* Respond to employee queries regarding payroll matters and provide necessary support
* Assist with month-end reporting and payroll reconciliations
* Support HR with administrative tasks related to payroll functions

You Will Have:

* Previous payroll experience essential, preferably in a dynamic environment
* Proficiency in Europay payroll software
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
* Competence in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications
