ResponsibilitiesAssemble, inspect, and complete finished products in line with production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards.Identify, record, and report defects, deviations, or quality concerns to the Supervisor or Quality team.Ensure correct labelling, packaging, and documentation of finished goods.Clean down units after working on them (using hoovers and cleaning sprays).Use drill and impactor if needed.Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area in line with 6S and Health & Safety requirements.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.Accurately complete production records, check sheets, and other required documentation.Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean activities.Work collaboratively with team members, Supervisors, Quality and Engineering to achieve daily production targets.Assist with training of new operators when required.Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Supervisor.Comply fully with all Health & Safety policies and procedures, use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, and ensure work is completed in compliance with company quality standards, ISO requirements, and customer specifications.
