Job Title: Liability Claims Handler
We are seeking a skilled Liability Claims Handler to join our client in South Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a claims professional looking to strengthen their technical capability and progress within the injury and liability claims space.

* You will be responsible for progressing files efficiently, engaging directly with claimants and representatives, and ensuring each case is handled professionally and in line with regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of liability claims, including soft-tissue and other pre-litigation injury files.
* Assess cases, negotiate settlements and progress claims to resolution efficiently.
* Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all interactions and decision-making.
* Engage directly with claimants, representatives and internal stakeholders as required.
* Identify issues needing escalation or legal review and ensure appropriate follow-through.
* Ensure compliance with all internal processes and relevant regulatory standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement across the liability claims function.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a liability, injury, or general claims handling role within insurance or a related environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage sensitive cases confidently.
* Sound judgement when evaluating claims and determining next steps.
* A high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently while contributing to team performance.
* A professional, proactive attitude with a desire to grow within the liability claims space.
* Must have Personal Injury Claims Experience.
