The role
We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team contributing to the delivery of a diverse portfolio of commercial and high-end residential projects. This role is suited to someone who takes pride in technical excellence, someone who understands that great design is only as strong as its execution.Working closely with our interior design team, you will play a key role in translating design intent into precise, coordinated and buildable information. You’ll be involved across multiple projects, ensuring that each is delivered with clarity, rigour and attention to detail. This is an opportunity to be part of a design-led studio where technical quality, collaboration and craft are central to how we work.What you’ll doDevelop and produce detailed, coordinated drawing packages, schedules and specifications using AutoCADTranslate design concepts into clear, accurate and buildable technical informationEnsure compliance with current building regulations, codes and industry standardsCarry out site surveys, inspections and measurements to inform design developmentCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultantsPrepare and submit planning and building control applicationsResolve technical challenges and provide support to the wider design teamWork closely with the Project Director/Senior Interior Architect to manage and deliver the technical aspects of each projectWhat we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent)5+ years’ post-graduate experience, ideally across commercial, hospitality and residential projectsStrong experience producing tender and construction drawing packages to a high level of detailExperience producing joinery packages would be a strong advantageProven track record of delivering projects through to completion on siteSolid knowledge of current building regulations in Ireland and/or the UKExcellent AutoCAD proficiency (Revit/BIM knowledge advantageous)Strong understanding of construction, detailing and coordinationOrganised, proactive and solution-focused, with strong time management skillsConfident communicator and collaborative team playerExperience in project management is advantageousFull, clean driving licence and access to transportCandidates must be currently based in Ireland and hold full eligibility to workWorking hours & office location9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (Hybrid)What you’ll get in returnCompetitive salary, aligned with experience and market levelsCompany laptop and mobile phoneAnnual bonusLife coverEducation supportOpportunity to work on a diverse range of high-quality projectsA flexible, supportive and design-led workplaceTeam trips, events and social outingsHow to applyPlease send your CV along with your portfolio/work examples via the link below.
