Service Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of service and maintenance contracts, as well as managing the Coffee Replenishment System (Refill). This is a 12-month contract opportunity that offers the chance to work with a leading company in the FMCG industry.
About the Role
This is a key position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a retail operational role, preferably in the FMCG industry. They will also have proven ability to engage with key stakeholders to deliver KPIs, influence change and deliver results.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
* FMCG experience, ideally in retail operational role
* Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders to deliver KPIs
* Experience working cross functionally with central functions and supplier management
* Influence change and deliver results
* Systematic problem-solving skills
* Exceptional communication skills
* Analytical and reporting experience using systems such as Excel
