Dedicated to guest wellness, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Spa management with responsibility for the day to day Spa operations along with leading the wellness team. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa including scheduling, people management, inventory control whilst upholding the highest standards of guest expectations in service and treatments.
Contribute to the spa's profitability through strategic planning, budgeting, and revenue generation initiatives.
Develop S.O.P's in line with the company policies ensuring that all are continuously adhered to.
Implement and maintain the highest levels of health, safety, hygiene and sanitation protocols in line with health & safety regulations.
Provide coaching, motivation, and professional development to the spa team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Exceed customer expectations and deliver flawless service across all areas.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and build a rapport with all clientele.
Ideal Candidate:
Certification in Spa management or related field.
Proven industry experience ideally in a hotel spa or resort setting with a strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and guest service best practices.
A passion for wellness and success in exceeding guest expectations and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
In-depth knowledge of luxury spa treatments, products, and the latest spa and wellness industry trends.
Strong business acumen with experience in financial management and budgeting.
Familiarity with spa software and booking systems.
Ability to thrive in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.
