As we continue to grow, we are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team.
The Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our fulfilment centre.
You'll be responsible for ensuring products are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack customer orders
Load and unload delivery vehicles
Receive, check, and store incoming stock
Keep work areas clean, safe, and well-organised
Use scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) as required
Support inventory counts and stock control
Follow all health & safety procedures
Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets and deadlines
What We're Looking For:
Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience is a plus but not essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods
Reliable and flexible to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends
A team player who contributes to a supportive and respectful environment
