Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Assist Product Category Managers with management of supplier range alterations, including but not limited to resolving invoice discrepancies
* Manage supplier product files, including range updates, additions, deletions, and general maintenance
* Assist with branch communication of supplier information
* Support Accounts Payable in managing supplier invoice discrepancies
* Coordinate with Product Category Managers on central purchasing, allocated buys, and warehouse fulfilment orders
* Provide support for eCommerce product details and branch communications
* Assist in the preparation of end of month reporting for the merchandise team
* Assist with competitor price comparison analysis and provide data for PCM ranging decisions.
* Support Bowens initiatives such as Product in Focus, Showroom, Seminars, and Expo.
We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:
* Strong administrative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
* Proficient in Microsoft applications and familiar with trade terminology.
* Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
* Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
* Service-oriented and proactive approach to tasks.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
