In return, there is excellent salary, benefits, career progression, educational support andmuch more.****Building Automation System Engineer 1634SimoTech has a new opportunity for a highly skilled Building Automation System Engineer with a minimum of 5+ years' experience to join our team supporting our client, a leading Life Science company in Dublin.The Building Automation System Engineer works closely with other resources such as operations, HVAC engineers, Utility engineers, electrical team, projects team, whilst also working with other internal resources & external engineers to maintain sustaining operation of the Building Automation System and deliver upgrade projects.****Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting Building Automation System (BAS) (Siemens DesigoCC) and other Utility Automation Control systems.Support upgrade projects and provide troubleshooting and hands-on support to resolve technical issues.Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines.Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and creating and carrying out test procedures and automation change controls.Liaising with installation/project engineers and supervising engineering, vendors and technical staff.Writing reports and documentation as well as writing work instructions.Ensuring safe working conditions.Training maintenance and operative staff where appropriate.Attend Software Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance Testing.Maintaining and developing change control systems.****Key RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, or a related engineering field or its equivalent.5+ years' experience providing Building Automation / Building Management system solutions and support to manufacturing organisations in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry or similar is required.Experience during project delivery and operations support.Experience working with Air Handling Units (AHU) / HVAC and other critical utility systems such as cooling towers, compressors.Experience with Siemens DesigoCC, Siemens Xworks.****
