Job Overview


As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our corporate customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:



* Ensure accuracy in data entry into our Salesforce CRM system

* Verify orders for completeness and correct shipping information

* Manage product inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders

* Prepare and print necessary shipping documentation



Requirements:



* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
