Senior Water Infrastructure Design Manager
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Water Infrastructure Design Manager to work on major water and wastewater infrastructure programmes across Ireland.
* Develop detailed civil and structural design solutions for a range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects;
* Coordinate all necessary surveys: planning, ecology inputs, topographical, geotechnical and road condition surveys;
* Conduct site visits to assess project scope and inform design development;
* Lead coordination with designers and manage inputs from planning and ecology teams;
* Communicate effectively with clients, in-house teams, other offices and external consultants;
* Participate in constructability reviews and support delivery teams through the design process;
* Produce design reports, specifications, programmes and associated documentation;
* Level 8 Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline;
* Working towards Chartership with a recognised engineering institution;
* Strong knowledge of water and wastewater assets, standards and specifications;
* Able to deliver design work to deadlines, both independently and within a team;
* Excellent drafting, written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach;
