Workshop Operations Lead
Key responsibilities for this role include managing workflow to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, maintaining high standards of workmanship and adhering to regulatory requirements.
* Lead a team of workshop technicians to optimize productivity and quality.
* Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain service standards and improve customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and inform maintenance strategies.
* Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex diagnostic problems and enhance technical capabilities.
Requirements include being a qualified mechanic with 4+ years' experience in a main dealer environment, ideally with a strong background in diagnostics and modern vehicle electronics.
