West Cork Distillers was founded in 2003 by John O'Connell, Denis McCarthy and Ger McCarthy and has since grown to a team of 200 people based in our distillery in Skibbereen, Co. Cork and our Waterford site Donohoe Drinks. We are built on an entrepreneurial energy and a passion for the science and art of spirit and whiskey production.

We are looking for..
We are currently looking for a Fulfilment & Logistics Administrator to join our team in West Cork Distillers.
As a Logistics Administrator you will play a central role in ensuring our products and our customers' products are bottled, packed and exported nationally and internationally to over 70 countries across the globe.
What you'll do..
* Facilitate the shipping of West Cork Distillers products from one destination to another
* Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to include arranging transportation to meet customer demands with minimal delay
* Take overall responsibility for liaising with the Revenue (Customs and Excise)
* Prepare the associated paperwork and arrange customs clearance, ensuring all paperwork is maintained in an 'audit ready' state
* Ensure all employees clearly understand the mechanism of the warehouse and their associated duties under that remit
* Ensure that West Cork Distillers remains up to date with applicable import and duty regulations
* Sign off on the inventory of goods and vehicles
* Continually review freight and transportation rates to keep costs at a minimum where possible
* Maintain precise records and provide weekly and monthly reports as necessary
* Manage changes to further streamline the shipping and transportation process
* Ordering stock as required
* Liaising with customers on a daily basis
* Inputting accurate information and updating the IMS
* Other duties as directed your manager

This role is based in our facility in Marsh Road, Skibbereen, Co. Cork.
The standard working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm on Monday to Thursday, and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Friday.
